CRYSTAL LAKE, IL, USA – NiMCO Corporation
announces shipment of the 680QLCP CAP-PAC® with single piston Bottom Up
Filler.
Model 680QLCP with Bottom Up Filler is designed
for reducing foaming on products in Gable-Top cartons 177 ml to 1.136 L with
an output of up to 3000 CPH.
In addition to the Bottom Up Filler, the
680QLCP was equipped with NiMCO’s Linear CAP-PAC® Spout Applicator unit and
HEPA Air Filter System. The CAP-PAC® unit ultrasonically welds plastic
fitments from the inside out for leak proof seals, while the HEPA Air Filter
provides a sterile fill environment to reduce airborne contaminants.
Additional models are available for filling 120
ml to 5 liter in 57x57 mm, 70x70 mm, 70x95 mm, 95x95 mm and 140x140 mm cross
section cartons.
